Wellness Reimagined is an integrative health boutique serving patients in Denison, TX and the surrounding communities such as Anna, Van Alstyne, and Melissa, including Pottsboro, Sherman, Whitesboro, and Durant, OK. Our practice was founded on a foundation of deep listening, thorough investigation, and treating women as whole people, not collections of symptoms. Juli Kincaid, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Juli Kincaid combines more than a decade of nursing experience with the heart of someone who understands what it feels like to search for answers that others overlook. As a family nurse practitioner specializing in functional and integrative medicine, she has built Wellness Reimagined on a foundation of deep listening, careful investigation, and recognizing that each patient has their own unique needs and goals. Her philosophy emphasizes partnership over prescriptions, helping patients uncover the root causes of their concerns and pursue sustainable healing.

Known for her calming presence and genuine empathy, Juli creates a safe space where women feel heard, supported, and equipped to take part in their own care. She has a special passion for serving mothers and women whose health challenges have been minimized or dismissed, and she is committed to offering spirit-led, evidence-based care that moves beyond the limitations of conventional medicine.

Education & Training

Juli began her career as a registered nurse at Parkland and Medical City Lewisville, gaining critical experience in emergent and acute care. Over the years, she transitioned into advanced practice as a family nurse practitioner, expanding her scope to include both general primary care and complex health concerns.

Juli is currently continuing her studies through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, determined to expand her knowledge and skills in uncovering root causes of disease. She believes education is ongoing, and her commitment to learning reflects her dedication to providing patients with the highest level of integrative care.

Juli specializes in supporting women with complex, persistent health concerns that have not been resolved through conventional care. Her areas of focus include hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, metabolic health, chronic fatigue, and chronic UTI. She integrates functional testing with personalized treatment plans that address nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and emotional well-being alongside clinical interventions.

Her strength lies in combining science-backed methods with a holistic perspective, always prioritizing sustainable healing over short-term symptom management. By blending professional expertise with personal insight, Juli equips her patients to help regain balance and build resilience across every stage of life.

Kelsey Blackwell, RN

Registered Nurse

Kelsey Blackwell is our registered nurse. My husband and I live in Calera, Oklahoma with our year 7 old son, where we spend our time enjoying the outdoors, riding my barrel horses and making home-made meals.

I graduated licensed vocational nursing school in 2013 from Kiamichi Technology school and obtained my Registered Nurse license in 2020 from Murray College. I have worked in the Medical Surgical Unit, ICU and Rehab departments throughout my career. I have always thrived in the environment of service with dedicated work ethic, and a compassion for others.

It wasn't until I became a mother 7 years ago that I truly embodied a holistic lifestyle. The small changes I made produced big results and I was captivated by functional medicine and its ability to heal. I will always strive to seek truth, build knowledge and help others along the way.

Randi Raye

Practice & Patient Support

Randi brings a warm, whole-person approach to Wellness Reimagined, supporting both the day-to-day flow of the practice and the patients who walk through its doors.

As a mother of three, Randi has a deep appreciation for the importance of creating health and balance within everyday life. She is passionate about holistic wellness, nutrition, emotional and spiritual well-being, and thoughtfully researching the products, supplements, and tools we use to support the body, mind, and spirit.

Her Christ led faith is at the heart of who she is and how she serves others. Randi believes that each person is uniquely created and that healing is deeply personal. She loves helping people feel heard, encouraged, and supported as they discover what wellness looks like for them.
